We require an HRD Subcon resource at JL3 level for the Mysore and Chennai locations. Kindly share suitable profiles that match the below requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end onboarding excellence by managing induction and employee onboarding programs across various job levels.
- Ensure compliance with pre-onboarding, onboarding, and post-onboarding processes, adhering to organizational policies and governance standards.
- Design and execute recent employee assimilation and engagement programs to enhance employee experience and integration.
- Manage HR audits, compliance reviews, and documentation requirements related to onboarding operations.
- Generate and analyze onboarding metrics, dashboards, and reports to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience.




- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and to ensure seamless onboarding delivery.
- Proactively identify risks, escalations, and process gaps and drive timely resolution.

Qualification

- Non-Engineering Graduate (Mandatory)
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
