- Responsibilities

1. HR Business Partnering: Collaborate with business and operations teams to align HR strategies with organizational objectives and workforce requirements.

2. Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee onboarding, employee documentation, transfers, confirmations, separations and Full &
- Final Settlements.

- Employee Relations &

- Grievance Management:

Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters, workplace concerns and escalations to ensure timely resolution.

- Manpower Planning &

- Recruitment Coordination:

Work closely with recruitment teams, business stakeholders and HR partners to ensure timely deployment and replacement of manpower.

- Attendance, Leave &

- Payroll Coordination:

Monitor attendance, leave, payroll inputs, salary discrepancies and statutory deductions in coordination with payroll teams.

- HR Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party staffing agencies and HR partners to ensure adherence to contractual terms, service levels and statutory requirements.

- Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity,



minimum wages and other statutory obligations.

- Performance Management: Support performance reviews, employee engagement, productivity improvement and corrective action processes.

- HRMS &

- MIS Reporting:

Ensure accuracy of employee records, HRMS data, dashboards and periodic management reports.

- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with senior management, regional teams, business heads and external stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent postgraduate qualification.

- Experience in managing large, geographically distributed workforces.

- Experience in employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary processes and HR vendor management.

- Proficiency in HRMS platforms, MS Excel and HR analytics.

- Solid communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in Banking, BFSI, Staffing, Manpower Outsourcing or large service organizations will be preferred.
