AdeptMed Healthcare Solutions is hiring an experienced HR Consultant for our office at JMD Megapolis, Gurugram, Haryana.

Office Location: 12th Floor JMD Megapolis, Sohna Road, Gurugram sector 48, Haryana

Position: HR Consultant

Salary: 35,000 to 65,000 per month, based on experience

Joining - with in 0-15 days

Required Experience : 2 - 5 yrs

Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Active Candidate Sourcing: Proactively search for qualified healthcare professionals, including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Physical Therapists, PTAs, Therapy Aides, and other medical facility staff.
2. Social Media Recruiting: Use Naukri portal, LinkedIn, Indeed Resume Search, Facebook groups, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
3. Direct Outreach: Contact candidates individually through messages, emails, and phone calls to discuss employment opportunities.
4. Resume Collection: Engage interested candidates, obtain their updated resumes, and gather information about their experience, qualifications, location, and availability.
5. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening to determine whether candidates meet the job requirements.
6. Candidate Database:



Maintain an organized database of potential candidates, resumes, contact information, and follow-up status.
7. Follow-Up and Coordination: Consistently follow up with candidates and coordinate qualified applicants with the hiring team.
8. Daily Reporting: Provide daily updates on candidates sourced, contacted, interested, screened, and resumes collected.

Required Experience:

- Proven experience in active sourcing and social media recruitment.
- Robust knowledge of LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
- Experience recruiting healthcare professionals is strongly preferred.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Experience using Boolean searches and sourcing candidates without relying on paid job advertisements.
