Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Business Partner to support various HR initiatives and partner with business teams in driving employee engagement, talent management, recruitment support. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to end-to-end HR processes and build a strong foundation in strategic HR partnering.

Preferred candidate profile

- Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related matters.
- Support employee onboarding, induction, and integration activities.
- Partner with managers to address employee concerns and promote a positive work workplace.
- Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Support performance management and goal-setting processes.
- Coordinate learning and development programs.




- Drive HR communication and policy awareness across teams.
- Maintain employee records and HR data accurately.
- Assist in workforce planning, recruitment coordination, and talent management activities.
- Generate HR reports and dashboards as required.

Eligibility Criteria

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a Tier-2 institute only.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
