Role Description The Hub Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the logistics hub, ensuring timely, secure, and efficient handling of all inbound and outbound shipments. This full-time on-site role, based in Mumbai, involves planning and coordinating hub activities, supervising staff, managing shift schedules, and maintaining compliance with operational and safety protocols.

The Hub

Manager monitors performance metrics such as turnaround time, accuracy, and service quality, and implements continuous improvements to optimize throughput and resource utilization. The role includes close collaboration with transportation teams, customer support, and network planning to resolve issues, maintain service commitments,



and uphold Criticalog’s standards for reliability and visibility.

The Hub

Manager is also accountable for inventory control within the hub, adherence to security procedures, and effective communication with internal stakeholders and customers.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong hub operations and logistics management skills, including experience in shipment handling, network operations, and inventory control.
- Candidates should possess team leadership and people management capabilities, including supervision of on-ground staff, performance monitoring, and shift and workload planning.
- Candidates should possess skills in process orientation and continuous improvement, with the ability to implement SOPs, optimize workflows, and ensure safety and security standards.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret operational data, manage exceptions, and make decisions under time constraints.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across internal teams and interact professionally with customers.
- Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation operations, preferably in a hub or distribution center environment.
- Graduate degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience in hub management will also be considered.
- Comfort with using basic digital tools and hub management systems, and readiness to work in a fast-paced, operational setting in Mumbai.
