Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a HubSpot Architect with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience.

- The HubSpot Architect will design and own the overall HubSpot architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient configurations across marketing, sales, and service hubs. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing complex workflows, customizing objects and properties, and integrating
- HubSpot with other enterprise systems via APIs and middleware.
- The role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, documenting architectural decisions, and establishing best practices and governance for HubSpot usage.
- The architect will also troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, oversee rollout of new features, and support teams with training and knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities





- Candidates should possess solid Architecture and Architectural Design skills, with experience designing scalable HubSpot solutions across multiple business units.
- Candidates should possess Software Development skills, including working with HubSpot APIs, custom integrations, and relevant languages or frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, RESTful services).
- Candidates should possess Integration skills, with proven experience connecting HubSpot to CRM, ERP, data warehouses, and third-party tools using APIs or integration platforms.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, planning, and leading end-to-end HubSpot implementation or migration projects.
- Minimum 9 years of experience in CRM or marketing automation architecture, with significant hands-on work in HubSpot ecosystems.
- Experience in marketing, sales, and service operations processes, including lead management, pipelines, automation, reporting, and attribution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate business needs into technical designs and clear documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in distributed, remote teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot certifications, CRM or architecture credentials) and experience in SaaS or enterprise technology environments are beneficial.
