Job Purpose:

HSE management for Polycab Unit. Improving HSE culture and implementation of HSE management systems for Unit.

Responsibilities:

- Monthly HSE Audits, BRSR Audits, Internal Audits

- HSE Trainings

- Statistical track and documentation of ISO and HSEMS

- Day to day activities and Site inspections

- Work Permit compliance

- Risk Elimination.

Improvising

Engineering and Administrative controls, Reporting Near Miss, Safety Observations, Incident Management

- Accident investigations and corrective actions and preventive actions

- PPEs requirements procurement follows up, Firefighting systems requirement follow up

- Compliance to HSE perspectives of Social Audits, Vendor assessments audit and Ethical audits

- Awareness campaigns

- Environmental monitoring, data compilation

- STP / ETP monitoring and compliance

- Implementation of Monthly HSE Themes, Conduct Safety interaction

- Monthly Patrak XGN compliance, Annual returns

- Implementation of Policies

- Any other task assigned to improve HSE culture
