Role

Partner with Sales leadership to drive talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and HR initiatives that enhance sales productivity and support business growth. The role will focus on strengthening the sales organization through talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and strategic HR interventions.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with Regional/Zonal Sales Heads and business leaders to align HR strategies with sales and business objectives.
- Drive end-to-end hiring for sales roles across the spectrum.
- Lead performance management, goal setting, talent reviews, succession planning, and capability development for the sales organization.
- Design and execute employee engagement, retention, recognition, and wellness initiatives to improve sales force productivity and morale.




- Coach and advise business leaders on employee relations, performance improvement, organizational changes, and HR best practices.
- Analyze HR metrics such as attrition, hiring, productivity, and engagement to drive data-based decisions and continuous improvement.
- Support annual HR processes including manpower planning, budgeting, compensation reviews, promotions, and incentive programs.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company processes across the assigned sales regions.

Desired Profile

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a recognized institute.
- At least 45 years of experience as an HRBP supporting Sales/Commercial functions.
- Experience in FMEG, FMCD, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Building Materials, Paints, or Manufacturing is preferred.
- Robust understanding of field sales organizations, dealer/distributor networks, and multi-location workforce management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, employee relations, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel across regions as per business requirements.
