Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through headhunting techniques to fill critical roles.

- Coordinate bulk hiring processes for large-scale recruitments.

- Ensure timely filling of vacant positions by managing interview scheduling and candidate onboarding.

- Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their suitability for open positions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (any specialization).

- 2-6 years of experience in HRBP role or similar function in Gold Loans.

- Proven track record of successful end-to-end recruitment management with expertise in sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
