Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Systems / HRIS professional to manage HR system integrations, payroll data, system configuration, and employee lifecycle processes. The role will work closely with HR, Payroll, Technology, and external vendor teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage HRIS integrations with Payroll, Finance, and other third-party systems.
- Monitor integrations, perform data validation and reconciliation, troubleshoot failures, and coordinate issue resolution.
- Work with APIs, SFTP, JSON/data formats, and integration logs.
- Manage HRIS modules covering Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Attendance/Leave, and employee lifecycle.
- Support payroll input preparation, validation, reconciliation, and large employee datasets.
- Handle system configuration, workflows, reports, user access, UAT/testing, and change requests.
- Translate HR/business requirements into system and integration requirements.
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Technology,



and HRIS vendor teams for enhancements and issue resolution.

Preferred candidate profile

Who are we looking for?

- 5-8 years of experience in HR Systems / HRIS.
- Solid hands-on experience in HRIS integrations and troubleshooting.
- Advanced Excel skills for payroll processing, reconciliation, and data analysis.
- Good understanding of API/SFTP integrations and data formats.
- Experience with UAT, system configuration, workflows, and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
