Key Responsibilities

- Manage high-volume hiring for International BPO operations, including voice and customer service processes.
- Drive hiring primarily through recruitment vendors/consultants and ensure a consistent candidate pipeline.
- Manage multiple vendors, communicate daily requirements, and closely track vendor productivity and closures.
- Work against aggressive daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Screen candidates for communication skills, relevant BPO experience, stability, shift flexibility, compensation fit, and joining availability.
- Coordinate interviews, selection, documentation, offer rollout, and joining formalities.
- Maintain robust follow-up with candidates and vendors to minimize offer dropouts and improve joining conversion.
- Share regular hiring MIS covering pipeline, selections, offers, expected joiners,



actual joiners, dropouts, and vendor performance.
- Coordinate closely with Operations, HR, and other internal stakeholders to understand changing manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Escalate pipeline challenges and vendor-related concerns proactively and drive corrective actions.

Candidate Requirements
- 0.55 years of recruitment experience in International BPO / Contact Centre / Volume Hiring.
- Solid experience in vendor-driven recruitment is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of International Voice/Customer Service hiring.
- Comfortable working with high hiring targets, tight deadlines, and changing requirements.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
