- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
Requirements:
- Graduate; MBA in HR preferred.
- Experience in recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
