Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team at LOS INFO TECH. The candidate will be responsible for hiring Picker / Packer staff across multiple locations in Bengaluru and ensuring timely completion of recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit Picker / Packer candidates for multiple locations across Bengaluru.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Call candidates, explain job details, and screen applicants.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with shortlisted candidates.
- Ensure candidates join on time and complete joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment reports.
- Achieve hiring targets and support the end-to-end recruitment process.
Job Requirements
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to make recruitment calls.
- Knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing is an advantage.
- Target-oriented approach with good follow-up skills.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Salary and Benefits
- Fixed salary: ₹35,000 per month.
