Job Title: HR Executive – Healthcare Recruitment

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, technicians, and hospital staff.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Coordinate interviews with hospital departments and management.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, offers, and joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Understand hospital staffing requirements and close vacancies within timelines.

Required Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; HR qualification preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in healthcare or hospital recruitment.
- Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and coordinate with hiring managers.
