BuyBuzz Infra is looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the company's hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and follow up with applicants.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Ensure timely hiring as per company requirements.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.
Required Skills
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel.
Eligibility
- Experience: 6 months–2 years in recruitment preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and learning skills may also apply.
Salary As per experience and company standards.
Working Details
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Location: DLF Corporate Greens, Sector 74A, Gurugram
