Location: Ormanjhi, Ranchi, Jharkhand

Job Summary

Titanium Family is looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Manager with robust hands-on experience in managing end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Handle manpower planning and ensure timely closure of vacancies across dealership departments.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee welfare initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
- Monitor employee attendance, attrition, retention, and manpower reports.
- Coordinate with departmental heads and senior management on HR-related matters.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.




- Drive employee engagement, training, and performance improvement initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: MBA in Human Resource Management (HR) is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations and generalist HR functions.
- Industry Preference: Automobile dealership or automobile industry experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, payroll coordination, labour laws, PF, and ESIC compliance.
