- End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for sales, marketing, and operations roles
- Design and run structured onboarding for recent hires (training schedules, documentation, tool setup)
- Draft and maintain employment contracts, offer letters, and HR policies (including confidentiality, lead-ownership, and non-moonlighting clauses specific to our industry)
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and basic payroll coordination
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR administration
- Track commission structures and payout schedules in coordination with founders
- Build and maintain a performance review process (linked to CRM/sales data once available)
- Support a positive, accountable team culture as headcount grows
- Maintain compliance with labor law basics applicable to a small firm (PF/ESI thresholds, appointment letters, etc., as applicable)
