HR Manager – Recruitment & Employee Engagement

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (Negotiable)

About the Company

D.R. Share & Stock Brokers is a 33+ year-old wealth management and financial services firm based in Chandigarh, serving HNI and affluent clients.

We are looking for an experienced, mature and responsible HR skilled to independently manage recruitment, employee engagement and day-to-day HR operations for our Chandigarh office.

This is a stable, long-term, office-based HR opportunity with recruitment as the core responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across different departments
- Source and screen candidates through Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna and other hiring platforms
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interview rounds
- Manage job postings, candidate pipelines and recruitment follow-ups
- Handle offer letters, joining formalities and employee onboarding
- Maintain employee records, attendance, documentation and HR files
- Coordinate confirmations, appraisals, exits and other employee lifecycle activities
- Plan and manage employee engagement initiatives
- Support management in HR policies, employee communication and workplace coordination
- Maintain recruitment and HR MIS/reports
- Coordinate employee queries and help maintain a professional and positive work environment





Candidate Requirements

- 3+ years of relevant HR / Recruitment experience preferred
- Strong hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Experience using Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna or similar recruitment portals
- Experience with onboarding, HR documentation and employee engagement
- Good spoken and written English & Hindi
- Valuable knowledge of Excel, Email, MS Office and HR-related computer applications
- Mature, organised and confident in handling employees professionally
- Ability to independently manage multiple vacancies and recruitment pipelines
- Candidates from Chandigarh / Mohali / Panchkula preferred
