Business Partner -Strategic HR- PMS & Plant HR-Manufacturing / FMCG / Pharma-8 Years- New Delhi

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to lead end-to-end HR functions for a growing, multi-location organisation. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in strategic HR, performance management, talent development, succession planning, employee relations and plant HR.

Responsibilities

- Partner with the CEO and business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Drive performance management systems, goal setting, performance reviews and accountability.
- Lead talent reviews, high-potential employee identification and succession planning.
- Build a strong organisational culture focused on ownership, performance and employee development.
- Manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, compensation, HR operations, policies and compliance.
- Oversee plant HR activities, including contract labour, employee relations, grievances, discipline, shift management and labour law compliance.
- Support employee engagement across plant, field, sales and corporate teams.
- Lead, guide and develop the HR team.
- Improve existing HR processes and build new systems to support organisational growth.
- Conduct regular field visits and periodic plant visits to understand workforce needs and resolve people-related challenges.

Requirements

- 8-12 years of experience across broad HR functions, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, chemicals, consumer or distribution-led businesses.
- Strong hands-on experience in performance management, talent reviews, high-potential identification and succession planning.




- Exposure to both plant/workforce HR and field or sales team HR.
- Experience managing employee relations, labour compliance, HR operations and organisational development.
- Prior experience leading an HR team.
- Experience working directly with a CEO, MD or senior business leaders.
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to challenge senior stakeholders constructively and drive accountability.
- Comfortable building HR processes from scratch in a growing and changing business.
- Willingness to travel regularly for field and plant visits.
