HR Manager / Sr. Manager - Payroll & Compliance

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager/Sr. Manager with hands-on expertise in Payroll Processing, Statutory Compliance, Manpower Vendor Management, and Employee Taxation.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify manpower vendor bills, attendance, salary sheets, and supporting documents before processing payments.
- Handle CTC structuring/restructuring and salary components such as Basic, HRA, Special Allowance, and other components.
- Manage payroll processing, salary calculations, employee data, attendance, and deductions accurately.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, including eligibility, calculations, challans, and timely deposits.
- Handle employee TDS and Income Tax calculations, tax declarations, investment proof verification, Old/New Tax Regimes, and Form 16-related activities.
- Ensure timely TDS deductions, deposits, reconciliations, and applicable statutory filings.
- Coordinate with manpower vendors, resolve billing discrepancies, follow up on payments, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Maintain accurate payroll, taxation, vendor, and compliance records for audits and documentation.

Candidate Requirements





- Hands-on experience in Payroll, Statutory Compliance, and Manpower Vendor Management.
- Strong knowledge of CTC structure, salary components, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, and Income Tax.
- Practical experience in employee tax computation, investment declarations, and Form 16-related activities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, payroll data management, and reconciliation.
- Solid attention to detail, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to independently manage monthly payroll, vendor payments, taxation, and compliance deadlines.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
