About the Role

DigitalVia Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns who are passionate about Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. This internship provides practical exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement. It is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a solid foundation in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interview rounds.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR databases.
- Draft and post job openings on various hiring platforms.




- Coordinate with colleges for campus hiring and internship programs.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR operations.
- Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned.

Eligibility
- MBA (HR) pursuing or completed, BBA, graduate interested in Human Resources.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
