We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns who want to build a career in Human Resources, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition.

Job Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate telephonic interviews, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates.
- Communicate with candidates regarding job openings, interview schedules, and selection updates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support onboarding, documentation, and other HR activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team to fulfil recruitment requirements.
- Learn practical HR processes, recruitment strategies, and professional communication.

Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and candidates pursuing or having completed a degree in HR,



Management, Business Administration, or a related field can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and internet-based recruitment tools.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a professional approach.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Candidates interested in building a long-term career in HR and recruitment are encouraged to apply.

- Permanent employment opportunity with Awake India Tech after successful completion of three months, with salary revised according to performance, skills, and the responsibilities of the permanent role.
