Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) Intern to support our HR team in recruitment and day-to-day HR activities while gaining practical exposure to different areas of Human Resources.
Key Skills
● Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
● Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring records.
● Support employee onboarding and documentation.
● Assist in Learning & Development and training coordination.
● Support employee engagement activities, celebrations,
and HR events.
● Assist with attendance, employee communication, and routine HR operations.
● Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information.
● Coordinate with the senior HR and management team.
Qualifications
● Pursuing or recently completed an MBA/PGDM in HR
● Positive communication and coordination skills.
● Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
● Eagerness to learn and take responsibility.
● Freshers are welcome to apply.
