About the Role La Bake Amore is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR activities. This internship will provide hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate coordination, employee documentation, and other HR operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and schedule meetings with candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Post job openings on LinkedIn and other relevant job portals.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Collect and maintain employee documents, agreements, and other HR records.
- Support attendance tracking, leave records, and other HR administrative activities.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, emails, and other official documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.
