We are looking for a motivated HR Intern who is interested in recruitment, human resource activities, and marketing. The selected candidate will support our hiring process and help promote our CAD training programs to students, freshers, and working professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in posting job openings and internship opportunities on relevant platforms.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules with candidates.
- Communicate with applicants and maintain recruitment records.
- Support onboarding activities and basic HR administration.
- Promote CAD training courses through social media, phone calls, email, and WhatsApp.
- Respond to course inquiries and follow up with prospective students.
- Help create promotional posts and share course information online.
- Maintain records of candidate applications, training inquiries, and prospective student leads.
- Support college outreach and other recruitment or marketing activities as assigned.

Required Skills
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.




- Willingness to learn recruitment, HR operations, and marketing.
- Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and prospective students.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Organized approach to record-keeping and follow-ups.

Eligibility
- Candidates pursuing or holding a degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field may apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Interest in recruitment and education-related marketing is preferred.
