Roles and Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability.

- Schedule technical interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

- Communicate interview schedules, feedback, and selection updates to candidates.

- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.

- Prepare job descriptions and publish job openings.

- Follow up with selected candidates regarding offer letters and joining dates.

- Support onboarding, documentation, attendance tracking, and other HR activities.





- Maintain professional communication and confidentiality throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills - Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Understanding of recruitment and candidate screening processes.

- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and MS Excel or Google Sheets.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to coordinate with candidates and technical teams.

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- Previous recruitment or HR internship experience is an advantage.

- Familiarity with technical hiring for software developers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and app developers.
