About the Internship

This is a performance-based internship, with the opportunity to earn a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a full-time role within the organization based on performance, learning ability, and business requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Draft and publish job descriptions on relevant platforms.
- Support HR documentation, onboarding, and other HR activities.
- Learn professional communication, stakeholder management, and recruitment processes.

Eligibility Criteria
- Students, recent graduates, and freshers interested in HR.
- Candidates pursuing or holding a degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
