Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage daily HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, attendance, performance monitoring, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of independently handling HR responsibilities in a rapid-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and compliance with workplace policies.
- Track employee performance, productivity, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
- Implement HR policies and maintain professional workplace standards.
- Address employee grievances, attendance irregularities, and performance concerns.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance trackers, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with team leaders on employee performance and HR-related matters.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and process improvement initiatives.




- Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely completion of HR activities.

Mandatory Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in HR Operations or an HR Generalist role.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, and HR documentation.
- Knowledge of performance monitoring, HR reporting, and policy implementation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle employee-related matters professionally and work independently.
- Proficiency in English.

Eligibility Notice: Relevant professional HR experience is mandatory. Freshers and candidates without prior HR work experience are not eligible for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

- Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in the Education, Training, or EdTech industry.
- Familiarity with KPI tracking and performance management.
