Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated HR Executive (Recruitment) to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, source qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and fulfill manpower requirements across departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and manpower needs.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, consultants, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and department heads.
- Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer releases.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly MIS reports.
- Support onboarding and pre-employment documentation.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies and meet recruitment targets.

Educational Qualification




- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, solar, or industrial recruitment is an advantage.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Positive sourcing, screening, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and recruitment MIS.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.

- Time to fill vacancies.
- Number of successful joinings.
- Offer-to-joining ratio.
- Quality of hires.
- Recruitment target achievement.

Work Location: Delhi, India Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
