The role
We’re hiring an HR Executive to handle day-to-day HR for our teams at the corporate office, project sites and malls. You will report to the Head of HR.
What you’ll do
- Post vacancies, screen CVs, schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Handle joining formalities, induction and employee records
- Maintain attendance and leave records and prepare monthly payroll inputs
- Support full-and-final settlements and answer employee questions on salary, leave and policies
- Organise training sessions, engagement activities and internal communication
- Conduct exit interviews and issue HR letters
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
