Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage HR generalist activities, including joining formalities, leave management, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.

- Handle grievances and ensure timely resolution through effective grievance handling processes.

- Oversee attendance maintenance and salary administration tasks to maintain accurate records.

- Ensure PF (Provident Fund) compliance and manage other employee advantages related tasks.

- Coordinate with team members to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a manufacturing industry setting.

- Strong knowledge of HR administration, payroll management, leave management, attendance maintenance, salary administration, PF, statutory compliance, and grievance handling procedures.





- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders.
- Preferrable languages known: Kannada, Hindi and Telugu
