1. Roles & responsibilities a. Biometric Attendance / Leave / Late / OT monitoring and reports generation b. Employee Joining formalities c. ESIC / PF knowledge d. Basic Payroll Knowledge e. Basic Admin and welfare activities f. Any other activity to support Head HR
Reporting to Head HR
Preferred candidate profile
1. Candidates from Chennai preferred.
2. Age - 21-25 (Male candidates preferred)
3. One to Three years Experience in HR department from any organization preferably with field staff.
4. Good in Excel and word (MS Office)
5. Valuable knowledge in latest attendance / payroll software (essl biometric etc.,) Preferably field employees attendance monitoring in mobile app.
