Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and selection.
- Utilize job portals such as Naukri, Monster, Indeed, and Shine, along with LinkedIn, Facebook, and other sourcing channels.
- Review CVs, shortlist suitable candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training and development programs.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and related follow-ups.
- Maintain employee documentation, personnel files, and HR records.
- Guide employees on company policies and ensure compliance with HR procedures.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support Performance Management Systems (PMS).
- Handle employee exit formalities, documentation,



and clearance processes smoothly and professionally.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years
- Qualification: MBA preferred
