Role Description The HR Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal. This role supports day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding, and supporting payroll and attendance administration.

The HR Associate helps organize and track training and development activities, ensures compliance with company policies, and assists in implementing HR initiatives. Daily responsibilities also include responding to employee queries, supporting performance management processes, and collaborating with management to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with a solid understanding of core HR principles and practices.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations, including documentation, employee data management, and basic HR compliance activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development, including coordinating training sessions and supporting employee learning initiatives.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to handle employee interactions professionally.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, manage multiple tasks, use standard HR and office software, and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Prior experience in an HR support or HR generalist role in retail, consumer services, or a similar environment is an advantage.
