? Role Overview:

You will be responsible for managing client enquiries, building relationships with business owners / HR heads, and converting them into long-term clients for our HR services.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

- Handle assigned leads & client enquiries and respond promptly
- Understand client requirements related to HR & Compliance
- Present our HR services - PF & ESIC, Payroll, Recruitment & Labour Law
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain robust client relationships
- Schedule meetings & support in deal closure
- Maintain client data & daily follow-up reports

?️ Mandatory Skills & Knowledge:
- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, Payroll Processing & Recruitment - Mandatory
- Excellent Communication in Hindi & English
- Client Handling, Follow-up & Client Convincing Skills
- Basic MS Excel, Email & CRM Management

? Eligibility:
- Education: Graduation Mandatory, BBA / MBA in HR Preferred
- Experience: 06 Months to 2 Years in HR / Sales / Business Development / HR Consultancy
