Job Title: US HR Operations / US HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Remote (India)
Shift Timing: 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST (Supporting US Operations)
Employment Type: 6-month contract
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced US HR Operations / HR Business Partner (HRBP) professional to support our US employees remotely from India. The role will cover HR operations, employee onboarding, engagement, compliance, and US employment laws. The person will work closely with US teams and provide complete HR support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily US HR operations.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and other employee lifecycle activities.
- Work with business leaders and managers on HR matters.
- Support employee engagement and retention activities.
- Help with performance management and employee relations.
- Have a good understanding of US employment laws, regulations, and policies.
- Maintain employee records and HR documents.
- Support HR audits, reporting, and compliance needs.
- Coordinate with teams and stakeholders across the US.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 to 10 years of experience in US HR Operations, US HRBP, or similar HR roles.
- Good understanding of US labour laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance.
- Experience in employee onboarding, engagement, and employee relations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with global or offshore teams.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting remote and distributed teams.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience working with US-based leadership teams.
