About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR & Marketing Manager to manage HR operations, lead marketing initiatives, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

HR Management

- Manage recruitment, interviews, and employee onboarding.
- Maintain HR records, documentation, and attendance.
- Handle employee coordination and daily HR operations.
- Monitor employee performance and engagement.

Marketing & Business Development

- Plan and execute marketing and lead generation strategies.
- Manage client outreach, calls, and follow-ups.
- Build relationships with clients and business partners.
- Oversee social media marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Track leads, CRM records, and marketing performance.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in HR, marketing, or business development preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, digital marketing, and MS Office.
- Ability to manage teams and achieve business targets.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
