- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and assign duties to housekeeping staff.
- Ensure guest rooms, villas, public areas, and facilities are clean and well-maintained.
- Monitor staff performance, grooming, attendance, and adherence to housekeeping SOPs.
- Manage cleaning supplies, linen inventory, and housekeeping equipment.
- Handle guest complaints, coordinate with other departments, and ensure high standards of hygiene and service.
- Experience: 1–3 years in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or resort.
- Skills: Leadership, attention to detail, communication, and team management.
