Housekeeping Supervisors in School

Timings: 7:30 am to 4:45 pm

Salary: 19k to 22k

Staff Management: Supervising, training, scheduling, and evaluating housekeeping attendants.

Inspections: Conducting daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure hygiene standards.

Inventory Control: Monitoring cleaning supplies, issuing equipment, and ordering stock.

Guest Service: Responding to guest requests, addressing complaints, and resolving issues promptly.

Safety Compliance: Enforcing health, safety, and sanitation protocols (e.g., biohazard, OSHA).

Coordination: Working with front desk and maintenance departments to coordinate room turnovers.

Operational Support: Performing hands-on cleaning duties when needed during staff shortages.

Skills Experience:



Proven experience as a housekeeper, with some experience in a supervisory role.

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Leadership: Strong team management and conflict-resolution abilities.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication for reporting and training.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift or move items.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, machinery, and Microsoft Office.
