Ambassador Stayz is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Hotel Sales Executive to increase room bookings, build corporate relationships, and grow our homestay business. We are looking for a candidate with experience in hotel sales, hospitality sales, or hotel business development.

The ideal candidate should be proactive in generating bookings, connecting with travel agents and companies, and promoting our property through various sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate room bookings and increase occupancy.
- Develop business relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and local companies.
- Identify current business opportunities to promote our homestay.
- Manage enquiries and follow up with potential guests to convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Promote rooms through online travel agencies (OTAs), including Booking.com and Airbnb, and other relevant platforms.
- Build relationships with companies requiring accommodation for employees, visitors, and business travellers.
- Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy.
- Monitor competitor pricing,



room rates, and local market demand.
- Maintain records of sales enquiries, bookings, and client relationships.
- Coordinate with the property management team to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel sales, hospitality sales, or business development is preferred.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Knowledge of hotel booking platforms and online travel agencies is an advantage.
- Ability to generate leads, follow up with clients, and achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of the Thiruvananthapuram hospitality market is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain sales reports.
- Malayalam and English communication skills are preferred.
