Stazio Hospitality is looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and motivated Hotel Management Interns to join our team. This internship offers an opportunity for students and freshers to gain practical experience in hotel operations, guest relations, front office management, housekeeping, and hospitality services.

We welcome candidates who are eager to learn, develop skilled skills, and build a career in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with daily hotel operations and administrative activities.
- Support front office operations, guest check-in and check-out, and guest enquiries.
- Help maintain guest satisfaction by providing courteous and professional service.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean, organised, and ready for guests.
- Assist with room inspections and maintaining hotel standards.
- Handle guest requests and communicate with the relevant departments.
- Support booking management and reservation-related activities.
- Maintain records, checklists, and basic operational documentation.
- Follow hotel policies, hygiene standards, and professional service practices.
- Perform other duties related to hotel operations as assigned by the management.

Requirements





- Students pursuing Hotel Management or Hospitality Management are preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-focused approach.
- Punctuality, responsibility, and professional behaviour.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to work as part of a team.

Flexible Working Schedule

We understand that students may have academic commitments. Flexible working schedules may be discussed based on the candidate’s availability and the hotel’s operational requirements.

Candidates can discuss their preferred working hours and availability during the interview. The final schedule will be mutually agreed upon.
