Position: Academic Hostel Warden

We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and student-friendly Academic Hostel Warden to manage hostel activities, maintain discipline, and support students in their academic and personal development.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Supervise students and ensure discipline within the hostel.
- Monitor students’ daily routines, study hours, and academic progress.
- Maintain a protected, clean, and supportive hostel setting.
- Ensure students follow hostel rules and regulations.
- Monitor attendance, study sessions, and student activities.
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, and management regarding student performance and behavior.
- Address students’ concerns and provide guidance and motivation.
- Ensure proper care, safety, and well-being of students.
- Maintain hostel records, attendance registers, and daily reports.
- Handle emergencies and report incidents promptly to the management.





Qualifications and Skills

- Graduate or postgraduate degree in any relevant discipline.
- Prior experience in hostel management, student supervision, or academic mentoring is preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, discipline, and organizational abilities.
- Patient, approachable, and capable of handling students responsibly.
- Ability to monitor and motivate students to achieve academic excellence.

Key Requirements

- Commitment to student safety and academic development.
- Willingness to stay in the hostel, if required.
- Ability to work flexible hours according to hostel needs.
