Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced hospitality skilled to manage VIP guest handling, corporate hospitality, and visitor services. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and professional experience for senior management, business visitors, and other distinguished guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage VIP guests, CXOs, senior management, and other important visitors.
- Coordinate guest visits, plant tours, meetings, and hospitality arrangements.
- Handle guest relations and ensure a high standard of service and professional conduct.
- Oversee cafeteria management, housekeeping, and related hospitality services.
- Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and other arrangements for visiting guests.
- Organize corporate events and manage visitor requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth hospitality operations.
- Maintain service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management from an Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) is mandatory.
