- HOSPITAL UNIT MANAGER | BELAGAVI, KARNATAKA
- Lead the day-to-day operations of a dedicated TraumaCure orthopaedic and trauma surgery unit inside a partner hospital. You will be accountable for smooth unit operations, team coordination, service quality, collections oversight and reporting, while working closely with partner-hospital leadership and the TraumaCure central teams. Clinical decisions remain with the medical team.

- WHAT YOU WILL DO
- • Coordinate daily operations, OT schedules, patient and case flow, bed coordination and turnaround times.
- • Lead a team of five to seven people, including rosters, attendance, leave, induction, first-level conduct matters and a brief daily huddle.
- • Monitor revenue, costs and collections against the monthly unit budget; escalate variances and submit daily and monthly MIS reports.
- • Support quality and compliance through infection-control rounds, incident records, corrective actions, patient feedback, licences and audit-ready unit documentation.




- • Verify daily cash positions and review PM-JAY/TPA/insurance claim files before submission.
- • Serve as the day-to-day contact for partner-hospital management and escalate commercial matters to the TraumaCure head office.
- • Stop and escalate any unsafe process to medical leadership.

- WHO YOU ARE
- • Postgraduate qualification in Hospital Administration, Health Administration or Operations, or an MBA/PGDM in Operations.
- • Two to three years of experience in hospital operations, unit management or healthcare administration.
- • Hands-on familiarity with PM-JAY and TPA/health-insurance claims preferred.
- • Experience leading clinical and non-clinical teams; comfortable with Excel, hospital information systems and daily MIS reporting.
- • Professional fluency in Kannada, Marathi and Hindi.
- • Able to work full time on site in Belagavi and relocate if required.
