Key Responsibilities

1. Hospital Billing

- Prepare and process accurate inpatient (IPD) and outpatient (OPD) bills.
- Handle admission billing, interim billing, discharge billing, and final bill settlements.
- Verify charges for surgeries, procedures, medicines, investigations, and hospital services.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and hospital departments for accurate billing.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and maintain proper billing records.
- Handle cash, insurance, and other applicable billing categories.

2. TPA & Health Insurance

- Manage end-to-end hospital cashless insurance and TPA claim processing.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility, policy coverage, and documentation.
- Prepare and submit pre-authorization and enhancement requests.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs for approvals, queries, and claim settlements.
- Prepare, submit, and track cashless and reimbursement claims.




- Handle insurance queries, deductions, rejections, and claim discrepancies.
- Ensure timely insurance clearance during patient discharge.
- Maintain accurate insurance documentation and follow hospital and TPA guidelines.

Key Requirement Only candidates with previous hospital working experience in BOTH Hospital Billing and TPA/Health Insurance will be considered.

Experience exclusively in insurance companies, TPA agencies, corporate offices, or other non-hospital organizations will not qualify.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
