- Handle end-to-end sales of Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Generate leads and acquire new customers for LAP loans.
- Understand customers' financial requirements and provide suitable loan solutions.
- Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for loan processing and approvals.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan applications.
- Follow up with customers regarding loan status and disbursement.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and banking partners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely loan disbursement.

Candidate Requirements





- Candidates must have prior experience in LAP loans.
- Knowledge of LAP products, loan processing, and banking procedures is required.
- Experience working with banks or NBFCs will be preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.

Working Details

- Working Hours: 9:45 AM – 6:30 PM - Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed) - Location: Janakpuri West, Current Delhi - Salary: As per experience + Incentives Note: Only experienced candidates with relevant LAP loan experience should apply. Freshers are not eligible.
