We are looking for candidates for an International Chat Support (Non-Voice) Process with a leading global logistics company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer queries exclusively through live chat.
- Assist customers with parcel shipping, shipment tracking, delivery timelines, and order status.
- Address customer concerns related to lost, stolen,
or damaged shipments.
- Assist with shipment-related claims and resolve customer issues.
- Provide accurate information and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Undergraduates and Graduates.
- Experience: Freshers and candidates with 1-3 year of relevant experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong written communication and typing skills.
- Positive problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
