Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on bulk hiring, volume recruitment, and lateral hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to selection, offer rollout, and onboarding.

- Handle bulk hiring and trainee recruitment to meet business requirements within timelines.

- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, and other channels.

- Coordinate interviews and work closely with hiring managers to close positions.

- Manage offer negotiations, joining follow-ups, and candidate engagement.

- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree; MBA in HR is an added advantage.

- 26 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.

- Experience in bulk hiring and volume recruitment is preferred.

- Solid communication, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment portals.

Industry Preference: E-publishing, BPO/KPO or other service-oriented industries.
