CRIB FACTORY is looking for hardworking and responsible freshers to join our packing team. The selected candidates will assist in packing furniture, wooden products, decorative items, and e-commerce orders while ensuring products are properly protected for secure delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Pack furniture, wooden products, and other items securely for dispatch.
- Measure, cut, and prepare packing materials such as cardboard, foam, bubble wrap, and protective sheets.
- Assist with carton preparation, labelling, and order identification.
- Check products for visible damage before packing.
- Ensure proper packing standards are followed to prevent transit damage.
- Support loading, unloading, stock arrangement, and dispatch activities when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the packing area.





Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Minimum qualification: SSLC or equivalent.
- Hardworking, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to handle physical work and lift packages safely.
- Basic teamwork and communication skills.
- Previous packing or warehouse experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
