You will work with employers, HR teams, recruitment agencies, startups, corporate organisations, colleges, and internal student-support teams.

The objective is to build a genuine employer network and improve access to career opportunities—not merely collect company names or promise placements.

- Coordinate candidate shortlisting based on employer requirements.
- Share relevant candidate profiles through approved channels and with appropriate consent.
- Schedule interviews, assessments, and recruitment drives.
- Communicate interview instructions and follow up with candidates.
- Collect employer feedback and maintain recruitment status records.

- Coordinate offer and joining updates where authorised.

4. Corporate & • Institutional Partnerships
- Identify opportunities for corporate hiring partnerships, internship collaborations, campus recruitment, and industry engagement.
- Arrange introductory meetings with HR teams and hiring managers.
- Support partnership proposals, presentations, and formal documentation.

✅ ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- BBA / MBA preferred, particularly Marketing, HR, or Business Development.
- Freshers may apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Confidence in professional calls, email communication, and follow-ups.
- Interest in recruitment, corporate relations, placements, or business development.
- Good research, organisation, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and spreadsheet proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accurate reports.
- Laptop/computer and reliable internet connection for remote work.

Prior experience in placement cells, campus recruitment, HR, recruitment agencies, corporate sales, or employer relations is an advantage. ? PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONSPerformance may be evaluated based on:

- Meaningful conversations with HR teams and hiring managers.
- Employer meetings and partnership discussions arranged.
- Genuine vacancies and internship opportunities verified.
- Interviews coordinated and candidate applications processed.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARNResearch Employers → Build Relationships → Identify Vacancies → Verify Opportunities → Shortlist Candidates → Coordinate Interviews → Track Outcomes

Gain practical experience in corporate relations, recruitment coordination, business communication, employer partnerships, placement operations, and talent management.

Strong performers may be considered for additional responsibilities or suitable paid employment opportunities, subject to performance,

available vacancies, and business requirements.
